Having built over 80 homes in Kerrville, we understand the hill country market and the value of move-in ready or spec homes. New home owners are able to see and touch a fully coordinated finish package and walk through every inch of a given floorplan before purchasing. A spec home can enable very quick closing dates or if at an earlier stage, personal input on finishes can be accommodated. We strive to make the home buying experience as simple as possible.
